ISM MARINE BIOLOGIST

Born in Milan in 1979.
member of the ’Istituto per gli Studi sul Mare and Verdeacqua since 2005, diver since 1996, diving instructor since 2000, has always been deeply linked to the sea.
Passion and skills come together in the science writer work, the link between the world of scientific research applied to the sea and civil society; snorkelers, divers, adults and children, and in general anyone who is motivated by curiosity about the sea and its wonders. This through marine biology courses, conferences, events and citizen’s science projects both in the Mediterranean and tropical seas.
To involve as many people, let them discover that the sea is “much more than they think” and then trigger those virtuous circles related to knowledge – awareness – active participation in living a sustainable relationship with the sea. Member of the Technical-Scientific Committee of AIGAE – Italian Association of environmental excursion guides, to make sure that this professional of great importance in the panorama of nature and sustainable tourism is increasingly present in tourism linked to both the Mare Nostrum that the exotic seas. Passionate about photography, travel and contamination with the world!
Did you happen to feel that strange feeling of incompleteness …?
Everything is fine, but something is missing; at some point you realize that instead of that feeling, when you’re at sea, there is no more; that what was missing, you found it.
Here’s what it means to me to live the sea …
