ORGANIZER AND PHOTOGRAPHER

Born in Brescia in 1967.
In love for lakes since his childhood, he starts diving in 1998, realizing his full diving training between Lake Garda and Lake of Lecco.
Scuba instructor of multiple agencies, he transformed his passion into a proper job.
He has been living and working in the Philippines for the last 14 years, currently in Puerto Galera (Oriental Mindoro), one of the most beloved diving sites by scuba divers and underwater photographers. He teaches in Italian, English and Tagalog, and he is an expert in local tropical marine biology.
Being in close contact with skilled photographers, he starts showing interest in photography: only amateur in the beginning, he becomes later one of the most popular guides among underwater photographers thanks to his local knowledge and his ability to discover the most interesting creatures, not only from the biological perspective but also from the photographic perspective.
When he has some days off, or during short holidays through Asia, he enjoys his passion: macrophotography.  
He participated in different underwater photography international contests, achieving great results and recognitions.
In 2016, with the help of other underwater professionals, he designs the event called MACROMANIA, that is already a regular annual meeting for amateurs, underwater photographers and for all who are interested into Philippines marine life.
