Born in Milan in 1978.
He has always been in contact with the image world: he attended the Liceo Artistico (High School for the Arts) and he graduated in Visual Design at Polytechnic University of Milan.
He gets his first diving certificate in 2007, and couple of years later he starts learning about underwater photography, a passion that made him travel to tropical paradises, to dive in our wonderful Mediterranean Sea, and explore Italian plain waters rivers and torrents.
Up today, he dived in different locations: Red Sea, Maldives, Malaysia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Indian Ocean (La Réunion), Spain and of course Italy, especially in Liguria, a region that he knows since childhood and that he considers his “second home”.
He published several pictures in the main underwater magazines such as SUB (Italy), Ocean Geographic (Australia), Unterwasser (Germany). He also conceded some picture to the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature).
From 2014 he is part of the Nauticam Italia team.
He achieved several recognitions in different underwater photography contests such as Ocean Geographic, Ocean Art, Our World Underwater, Northern Carolina University Photo Society Competition, and others more important Italian events such as Abissi, Ortonamare, Myshot, etc.
In 2014, together with other underwater photographers, he founded the IUPS (Italian Underwater Photography Society) with the aim to promote and increase the underwater photography of Italy.
